Karole Mundell

Karole Mundell, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for farm management and overseeing operations. Karole is closely engaged in the constant search for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the IOGP process and product. Karole graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a BA in Financial Service Management.

Austin Hodgkins

Austin “Brud” Hodgkins, Co-Founder and a prominent entrepreneur in the Poughkeepsie community. Brud has founded many businesses including The Hodgkins Agency specializing in Business and Estate Planning as well as Co-founding Riverside Bank, which was sold to Salisbury Bank and Trust in 2014. Brud has also been involved in Real Estate, helping sell properties like Tiamo Resort in the Bahamas. Additionally, Brud has always been involved in farming, working with Jackson Mountain Farms in Maine. Brud graduated from the University of Maine in Engineering and Business Management and was an Army Instructor for the US Army. When Brud is not busy at work, he enjoys flying, skiing, watching baseball, and spending time with his family.
